I have been holding on the phone to talk to a consultant and i have emailed them to hear what is going on with my business phone network for months. i am loosing business because my phone does not ring or the network is off most of the time... nothing. then i asked when is my contract finish with them to get a contract that works. nothing. i have tried to talk to them but the lines are always busy and i wait for 30 min. and no one answers me. our branch in Vereeniging has closed so there is only online and phoning them but i cant get hold of them. phone number ***
