TELKOM!!!!!

So this is my second time wrting a bad complaint about Telkom. I was contracted by Telkom the last time i posted a complaint and was told that they will investigate and fix the dispute problem. Contacted Telkom again......and i have a bill of R3 400 for a line i DO NOT have. I honestly do not know what to do anymore!!!! i refuse to pay for a line that i do not have. Telkom...sort this **** out...seriously!!!!!
