Telkom

I signed up for 2 Huawei P8 Lite phones with Telkom and after waiting over a month and 2 weeks to get the phones I finally got them. The phones are R149 each so lets do some simple basic maths 149X2 = 298. That is what I should be billed! I have had the phones since the 24th of last month that's 8 days. Telkom are now trying to bill me R520 total. I ask this, FOR WHAT? Upon talking to an agent I get told its because I was not billed for the month I collected the phones, I reiterate I have had the phones for 8 days!!!!!! These aren't my only phones with Telkom however, my last contract I was told the same as I was now - I wouldn't be billed for the month I collected the phone and payments would start the following month, when the payments for that phone started I paid EXACTLY what I signed for no more and no less. This is complete and utter ******** that I have to pay and extra R222 for hidden costs. Costs that I was not told about NOR did I sign up for.
