Telkom

The Telkom store in Adderly street Cape town and the call center has one thing in common they just not helpful at all if you cant get through to them or if they just not in the mood to help. I've app**** for a line and tried the whole morning to get hold of the call center but to no availability and I understood that I'm not the only person with a query so I went to the store and I was told they cant assist cause they didn't do the application but to my understanding TELKOM is TELKOM regardless of whatever I don't think its doing the client any just when they sent from pillar to post.
