Telkom

Today, once again I have tried to use my Telkom line and again it does not work. Every time I dial the number I need it says sorry you could not be connected due to a service error. How many service errors are they having since this is an ongoing problem. SERVICE ERROR. What is the use of having this telkom line if it hardly works. I have tried since this afternoon to use my phone and it is now 19h20 and still cannot dial out. What happens in a case of emergency SERVICE ERROR. Will have to tell the intruder/attacker/fire etc sorry cannot call out yet due to a service error.<br> <br> Very annoyed. Tried to report it as a fault and that service as well is shocking!
