Telkom 10213 upgrade

I app**** for an upgrade with Telkom since 4th December 2024 till today there's no feedback I have to call everyday to find out what's going on and no one is giving me a satisfying answer. I'm really not happy with the Telkom service at point because everyday a supervisor tells me my order is stuck with back office.
