Telkom - 10213 Offline for 5 days in a row.....

A new 10mb adsl line was installed on 25/05/2018. Without getting the Android TV Box I decided to phone them on 10213. On all 5 days of phoning their systems was offline and I was asked o phone back. The cant phone or email me back cause they only have internal phone calls and emails. *****. This is the worst customer service ever !!!!
