Telkom : 1 star rating is too generous

Cancelled their service (landline and wifi) FIVE months ago. They are still debiting my account. They promised to stop debit order and credit my account. Email after email, phone call after phone call. Still not resolved. Three months later. Nothing. One star is too much. Should be negative marking ... perhaps -2...
