Telkom ****

This really doesn’t even deserve a star their service are very poor and they are a **** I had a contract for about 5 years which I was getting 10gb for those years then this year I march I stopped paying it and the also stopped giving me data for that one month but then I saw that the money I have been paying was for 20gb which they where advertising and I went for an upgrade at one of their stores on the 31/05/24 and I paid for those 2 months with a print out invoice that they gave me from the shop l also took another contract which the agreement was on the 15 of every month but then Telkom decided to debit me twice a month and I dispute the 25th one which I didn’t agree to and I didn’t know about I got calls that I am now in arrears and I owe them R518 and and I pay R308 I went back to the store on the 31/07/24 and they said they don’t know anything about that R518 I’m still nit sure where that money comes from till today I even got a call today that my contract has been handed over for what I don’t know
