Telkom ****

i have a phone insurance with Telkom and now i submitted a claim , the person who assisted me booked my phone under warranty not insurance , now i am told i need to pay asses fee and my phone is beyond repair because my phone is out of warranty but i am paying insurance every month , i have called several times no one willing to help , even the X page is telling me nonsense
