Telkom

I ordered the wifi rooter online, it was delivered to me on Thursday and the call Centre assistant called me telling me that it will start working in 24 to 72hours. 72hours have passed already it is still not working and when I call telkom client Centre they keep telling me that I must call 081189 and they telling me they need the unique aunthetification code which I don't even know where to get it. I called the client Centre again asking where do I get the code she just said I must just keep calling until I get hold of them. Please help as I don't know what else to in this case
