TELKOM

I had a 24 month sim and router contract with Telkom which expired November 2023, further to this I called them to cancel the contract and sent emails. I have now been sent a bill from December 2023 until July 2024 stating that I owe Telekom R5700 for internet which NO.1 THE 24 MONTH CONTARCT TERMINATED NO.2 I CANCELED THE CONTACT NO.3 THE NUMBER IS SUSPENDED I have called several times and I still haven't received any assistance from Telkom on this. It is now affecting my credit record. TELKOM IS THE BIGGEST ****, ****MING THOUSANDS of SOUTH AFRICANS, THEY ARE HAPPY TO SIGN YOU UP, BUT WHEN YOU CANCEL THE CONTRACT THEY'LL SAY THERE'S NO RECORD OF YOUR CANCELATION.
