Telkom 0 customar service

Services suspended 2 times in a row becouse of Telkom accounts are incompetant to allocate payments correctly. They have great deals but their customer service is on a - 0 level. Every time you phone its diverent agent doing their own thing and problems dont get solved properly. Only sillution is to cansel all contracks!!! Loss of income for Telkom of R4200+ becouse I wont promote Telkom to anyone anymore
