Telkm service is non existent

Telkom is the most pathetic service provider in South Africa. I woke up with no internet, on the "New" app my ID is not recognized, been a customer for longer than 10years!! 10210 does not have operation hour, on internet it is said it is 24hour service, but at 07:30 still no operators working!!! I hate them, they are not reliable and the wifi when it works are unreliable
