Telkkm onl8ne reporting system hopeless

Confused about Telkom's online fault reporting system. I have reported the intermittent quality of my internet online many times and the issue is resolved promptly. Lately the online system does not allow fault reporting as before- I end up being asked if I want to view my bill. I have to phone which is inconvenient.
