Telk(D)om Mixed Deal Nightmare

Telkom Westwood Mall - Spoke with Nerupa - price she quoted me differed from price advertised on Telkom Website. Challenged it with her after application was accepted and she was meant to get back to me but still waiting. In the mean time, my Telkom Line is Installed Already.<br> <br> 14/08 Gateway Store - Anesh - No Stock of the Cellphone - Awaiting call back ever since.<br> Went back to Gateway on Tuesday 18th August - spoke with another Gentleman who's name I didn't catch. He had a phone but was booked for someone else - he also promised to get me a phone the very next day - still waiting his call.<br> Wednesday 19th Gateway - Spoke with a 3rd person - said no phone booked for me<br> <br> 22/08 - Overport Store - Mvuyo promised to book last phone for me. Went back to the store yesterday and Mvuyo wasn't there - the lady that attended to me didn't even know much about the Telkom Mixed Package they have advertised. Anyways, she finally found it and had me complete another app form whilst she got the phone - was I not surprised - phone has been booked for someone else.<br> <br> Next Stop - Lodge complaint with Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa if Telkom don't fix this<br>
