Teljoy's Shaun Naude to the rescue

During December it was time to upgrade my washing machine, The first machine i got turned out to be a dud for me and gave endless problems. I did have more communication between Teljoy, samsung and my self than I would have thought was necessary. Then in January things took a change for the better and i was contacted by Mr. Shaun Naude from Teljoy who immediately took charge and within a couple of days without further fuss Shaun had sorted my issue and my brand new washing machine was delivered and installed. Great after sales customer service, something very rare in this country. Thank you Shaun Naude
