Teljom useless service

Being trying to sort out my debit order change -took 4 months treating me like defaulter. Then cant get wifi. 7 hours on phone. My data and time. Told to go and swop sim card. Two visits later. Still cant access wifi. Sooooo frustrated!!! Looking to do uncapped. Never Telkom.
