I took out WiFi in March just before lockdown and was installed in the first week of April, for R890 pm . Obviously the first month it will be more as explained by the agent as per pro-data rate , installation etc however after that we were still charged more than that. Last month they did not deduct and I could check if the debit order reverse as I can check on my app but no debit order went off. Today I tried to go pay the person printed a statement that shows the amount that we need to pay is R2457,48 how is that possible . She could not explain why it is that amount . They are *********** . This is not right . No one called or anything
