Telesales are tricks and clearly can't be tracked and traced

So i recently went to Telkom Cape Gate Branch.. OH GOD HELP US ALL.. I was given a bunch of numbers to call myself all because they can not help with a cellphone that was bought via a telephone call. Even when i call the numbers as i need to request a copy of the delivery again nobody can assist. The consultant that called me to arrange pickup just hang up on me when. Then i went back to cape gate and they sent me to Tygervally Mall, why i have no clue..

I need a telkom consultant to get hold of me.. I bought a cellphone when i upgraded my contract. The phone just went dead on me due to overheating and 2months later it just doesn't help charging it. DO NOT SEND ME TO A BRACH PLEASE..
