TELEPHONIC ABUSE: DO NOT GET A PHONE CONTRACT WITH THEM - THEY HOUND YOU TO GET RETURN BUSINESS.

DO NOT GET A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently opted not to upgrade my expired contract in September, and ever since then I have been HOUNDED by Telkom Sales. I receive upwards of 5 calls a week from 021 numbers trying to get me to sign up for more contract deals, data deals and everything. I have asked Telkom to stop calling me I am not interested but they don't listen! So I started blocking the numbers - and then they started hounding my husband... and he blocked the numbers after telling them the same thing that WE ARE NOT INTERESTED!!!

It quieted down for a while, and since the middle of November, I started getting calls from 031 numbers where, if I answer, they just kill the call. I can't get anyone at Telkom Customer Care to give me the correct email to contact complaints - I'm always just answered with, "I don't work with that."

So if you want to save yourself some sanity and peace - DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GETTING A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY WILL BEG AND PLEAD WITH YOU TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS.
