Telephone pole unearthed with wires on our propert

This pole is on Warnadoone body corporate premises and was unearthed by a big movers truck. As the wires were so low hanging the truck caught onto the wires when driving through. The incident happened on the 16th of November 2015 and the ref no. is *** and have been reported twice since then. Mr Dlamini came to inspected the incident on the 23rd and told our Supervisor that he will sort it out the next day. The supervisor phoned him on the 26th and he promised for the morning of the 27th. Well his workers never arrived this morning!!
