Telephone pole knocked down

It is over TWO WEEKS since a telephone pole was knocked over by a car next to my property. lines are hanging down and phones out of order. The reference number for the SECOND report: 150CWK201015. After the first time it was reported someone phone and said they would come and have a look - two days later I got an SMS saying that the problem has been resolved! <br> Pole still at 45 degrees leaning against my wall, cable dangling and neighbour's phone not working.
