telephone pole in our outside room!

We bought a house in 2010 in Kensington. The previous owner of the house had started doing some renovations which he could complete. In one of the outside rooms there is an obstruction of a Telkom pole. I have been trying get this pole removed for the past couple of years and have been pushed to various departments and people BUT this has still not resolved- the pole is still in the room. I have been told to phone numerous numbers, go to the Telkom branch in my area but nothing has worked. Certain employees of Telkom have even suggested/ advised me to remove/cut the pole myself. I will like to complete these renovations but cannot due so due this pole. This is very frustrating!<br> <br> Telkom needs to sort this out asap. I am fed up!
