Telephone pole hanging by telephone line.

A strong wind blew the telephone pole down, thus hanging by a telephone line at an 45 degree angle. My small kids is at risk when playing outside. 4 Months ago my wife reported this issue at the shop in 3 Rivers Mall which closed by now. They send out a repair guy and the guy said in 1 week he will come back and repair it. Now 4 months later still nothing. You can not phone them as you don't get answered. Online faults is useless. Must go to a shop for help which is quicker. Safety to Telkom is of non importance. And if this pole is going to fall on 1 of my children i am going to go the legal way for everything they have.
