Telephone out of order

Hi<br> <br> My landline has been off for 2 days now with nobody coming to fix it.<br> <br> every time I phone I am put on hold for so long I spend more airtime waiting then actually fixing my problem with doesn't get fixed in the end.<br> <br> Please can somebody come and fix our line or see if there is something wrong with the phone unit
