Telephone offline for 3 weeks with no assisstance

It has been 3 weeks since my Telkom line has been off. On the 11th I inquired about the faulty line and since then we have no help in getting the line active again. It is a major issue due to the fact that it is used for business. This is really bad service from Telkom and we would appreciate it if they would assist us ASAP!!!!
