Telephone offline again ***

<p>MyTelkom telephone line of***ain for the passed week and no reaction from Telkom to fix it to date.It is basically the end of the month and I must pay my monthly accounts by internet.I was with Telkom at Menlyn personally and she confirmed that the fault has been reported but nobody contected me on my cell phone todate.I got telehone number for one of the persons at Telkom and he gave me a reference number 161CTK211216 and that was the last I heared from Telkom. </p> <p>I feel that I do not get any sevice from Telkom as this telephone was off for 2 weeks in November 2016 from 10 November 2016 till 24 November 2016. </p> <p>I hope you will be able to assist me in this matter as I am fristrated </p> <p>Yours truly</p> <p>(Mr) JJB du Toit</p> <p> ********** </p>
