Telephone not working and I am losing business re

My Telephone line is dead from 29/06/15. I reported it and got a reference no. 1037CRK290615. ON 01/07/15 I got a progress report to say that the problem is on hand with the technician. On 03/07/15 no one has come out to check or repair the phone so I called them again. The person I spoke to said that he will mark it as urgent and they will send someone. On 4/07/15 nothing happened and I called again, this time the lady said she will escalate the query and they will send someone. Up till this very moment nothing has been done and not even a message to say what is going on. I called again this morning 06/07/15 and they have an answering machine telling you of the high call volumes that they have and they just don't answer the phones. I run a business and I am losing a lot of customers daily. This is really just unacceptable, please help me!!!
