telephone not working !!!!
My telephone hasnt been working since 24 dec 2015 and Telkom cant get hold of the technician or his responsible manager to fix the fault . They conveniently closed the fault and sent me an SMS to tell me that my telephone is working. Well its NOT !! This company is a disgrace. I have received lots of apologies and promises to provide feedback on this fault. Im still waiting....<br> If there is a Telkom person reading this, dont bother with your standard PR lipservice, just tell me when the technician will fix the fault.
