Telephone lines down - Business Loss

I have a business in the Industrial area of Kimberley. My Telkom number is ***. Our lines have not worked since 21/06/2019. We cannot phone out and nobody can reach us. We have logged the problem several times without any result. I am losing a substantial amount of business due to my telephones not working. Who will be covering my losses? I am considering moving away my business from Telkom.
