telephone lines are down for our business and for two weeks no assistance

good day, I am disappointing and frustrated by the service that i have not received from Telkom our lines have been dawn for the past two weeks our Log number # ********** and was closed without anyone coming to fix nor even look at the problem and the worst part is this is a business line and the call center staff is not even bothered to try and assist and its been so frustrating, that a whole institution as big as Telkom cannot value their business line clients and have no agency and care for their customers. for now we just need to get this line working so we can also service our customers as soon as possible.
