Telephone lines and ADSL

<p>I think I can say I write this complaint on behalf of the whole town of Empangeni. </p> <p> </p> <p>Our telephone lines and ADSL have been down for three weeks already. Everytime we log a call we are told it's been attended to. Meantime, we are using our Data on our phones - I wonder if we would be reimbursed for that, and given a discount on our invoices for a service we didn't receive for nearly the whole month. This has been going on for too long now .</p>
