Telephone line ****** and telkom does fix it.

The telephone line was ****** and for 2 week and 2 days my internet has been off. I have contacted telkom 3 times and they keep saying that they know about it and are trying to fix it, however they haven't once come over and try to fix the 20m cable that was ******. I really can't understand why they still haven't done anything to fix this problem.
