Telephone line STILL NOT REPAIRED!!!
Its been two FREAKING months, and still no resolution/fix ! pathetic service, since nobody is able to give me any INFORMATION/eta as to when this issue WILL BE fixed.. try to call in, wait on hold for an hour, only to hear that, the agent cant help, the agent has no information, the fault has been logged to an 'imaginary' technician.. what a stagnant service! <br> <br> ***
