Telephone line still not fixed!

<p>The telephone cables at my grandparents home has been ****** six weeks ago, it has been reported to Telkom on numerous occassions and STILL no one has been sent out to have their line fixed. My grandparents are in their 80s and having a working telephone line at their disposal is imperative. If anything is to happen to them and they are unable to contact anyone I will blame TELKOM!!!!!</p>
