Telephone Line Removal

Dear Sir/Mam<br> <br> I am having difficulties contacting Telkom for over two weeks. I have tried on numerous occasions but am placed on hold for over 10 minutes and the call cuts. If someone could urgently assist. I bought a property and there are low lying Telkom lines which I need removed from the property as I am not using Telkom. In addition I am planting a tree line and the Telkom lines are attached to trees instead of poles. I need all lines on my property to be removed as for obvious reasons that it is dangerous and I will also not be responsible for damage of the lines with a high tree line that I am planting. If someone could urgently respond and have these lines removed from my property as they are not required. Thanks
