Telephone Line Out of Order

Our company's faulty telephone line was reported on 30/07/2015 and since then we have called the Call Centre daily to follow up on the reported fault. Every day we get conflicting feedback from the call centre staff. No technician has been assigned. A technician will be at your premises today, etc, etc. We have escalated the problem via the internet on various occasions and receive only the automated response. Not even speaking to the so-called Supervisor at the call centre has resulted in any positive action being taken by Telkom. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! A Company without telephone lines due to useless Telkom staff.<br>
