Telephone Line Off for days

Hi, my telephone line suddenly stopped working - No ADSL and no Landline.<br> <br> Reported to the Call Center and they mentioned that maintenance is happening in my area and there is no ETA on when this will be resolved.<br> <br> Checked in with a few neighbours and nobody else's line is affected.<br> <br> Tried to log a fault but website prevents it saying that fault already logged and they are working on it.<br> <br> I have not had a telephone line now for 5 days and nobody is able to give me an ETA on when it can be fixed.
