Telephone line not working for 1 month

<p> My telephone line has not been working for 1 month. Telkom keep saying they have sent a tehcnician out and the issue has been fixed and the call is closed, but the line does not work. I call every day and the consultants say they will send a tehcnician the next day every time no one arrives. This needs to be escalated and resolved, its been a month with no telephone. The fault ref is 319CWZ140616</p>
