Telephone line not working

Terrible rotten service. Telephone line dead before a holiday and nobody to fix the problem. Who must pay a service not available to use? Telephone cables damaged and the technicians know about the damage and yet nothing gets done about the damaged lines. Now I have to battle without telephone and internet. Not impressed. When will this ******* service be fixed? Maybe after a month or two? If I have to fix something, it must work and if it breaks again then it must be fixed to a better condition, but that is not Telkom's motto.
