TELEPHONE LINE NOT INSTALLED
I ordered for a new land line for my home on the 25th June 2015. The installer came ot my house to install the line but he coudl not do so as he didn't have a step ladder. The installation was than rescheduled for the 17th July 2015. On the 17th I received another sms informing me that the installtion is now scheduled for the 3rd August. I called the call centre on few occassions and even submitted a complaint on the Telkom website but they are not responding. On the 11th July 2015, when i called the call centre I was informed that my call has been escalated and by latest 13th July the query will be resolved and provided me with a reference number 707297, but up to today there has been no response.
