TELEPHONE LINE INSTALLATION NEGLECTED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS

<p>Telkom had sent me multiple SMSs claiming that my telephone line installation was scheduled for the 24th of January (Nobody came even though I had made arrangements for somebody to be home in order for the technician to install the line), I then received 2 SMSs on the 25th of January saying a technician had been dispatched to install the line (still absolutely no progress), YET ANOTHER SMS on the 27th telling me the exact same thing and STILL no progress and then one more on the 28th saying a technincian is on the way to install the line. I simply cannot keep making arrangements for somebody to be home WHEN a technician deicdes to pitch up. I've been in serious need of the internet that I have ordered and have begged and pleaded with Telkom to get them to install my line on the day they claimed they would and nothing has happened. I can't take unpaid leave off of work in the hopes that somebody might show up. This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. </p>
