Telephone line

on 27Dec 2017 I reported my telephone line out of order they keep on sending me a old faults sms that they had a fault logged Reference ********** 4 dated 12 may2017 they have restore that fault this is a new one that I tried to report please can you assist me I am a pensioner and stay alone I need my telephone line THANKS
