TELEPHONE FAULTY FOR 3WEEK NO TELKOM TECHNICIAN

With the bad weather my mother telkom line is dead, I phoned Telkom and asked them to please see what they can do to repair my moms phone as she is nog so young anymore. Well this was two weeks ago, they sent you a message (ref 578CRZ260115) to say that you phone will be repaired in two days - sjame TWO DAYS become now TWO weeks. If they can't cope get in some private people to help them at least the job will be done because at the moment Telkom, Evkom and the post office don't have a very good name. This is patetic and NO nobody comes back or send a message to say please we are busy you are going to wait another 2 months, one of my friends told me he wait 8 weeks before they repaired his house phone. I don't want to say that the technicians don't know what they are doing, personally I think they are just too lazy!!!! sometimes you will see one of telkom's vehicles and the people sit outside talking not working so I don't know what to say about this situation.
