Telephone Fault Report
I reported a Telephone line that is not working on Saturday, 18/07/2015 with a sms and receive a reference number 166cwz180715. I phone them again yesterday 24/07/2015 and receive promises that they will talk to the senior and again nothing happened. Phone still dead for six days now. We need the phone. Why don't Telkom fix the phone line.?
