Telephone divert during potential breakin

<p>Our telephone line was diverted while needing to make an emergency call to 10111 in an emergency. Can ********** 70 please be checks as well as 10111. The same thing happened previously when my credit card was hijacked and I couldnt contact Investec Private Bank. How is this allowed and what can be done to secure our line? This call happened at around 22.41PM</p>
