Telephone Consultants Unable to Help

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have just got off the phone with Telkom Customer Care and Telkom Sales - not that I wanted to: the call dropped. I am trying to get rid of an unnecessary CLI subscription on my LTE router data contract, but nobody at Customer Care or Sales can help me. They keep refering me to the other department. It really is frustrating speaking to consultants who do not know what to do or how to help. One of the consultants said I should speak to "data department."
