Telephone company not answering call

<p>It is very concerning when our only landline provider does not answer there phone. I was on hold yesterday for 40 minutes, no answer. I when's into a store to log my problem, 1st thing this morning and still no reaction from Telkom. Not sure what to do now? </p>
