Telephone box open on the pole

<p>We have light noise on our line, it was tested once and they said on Saturday 10/6/2017 that they will send a technician out to the house. How is it acceptable that the telephone box stand open like this, for weeks on end before they close it. This causes other issues on the line, bad connections and now the noise on the line. My connection speeds vary between 1 up to 4meg -per day! How is that acceptable.</p>
